These terms govern your use of Rento, a Sydney rental-alert service delivered over WhatsApp. By using the bot or this website, you agree to them.

The service

Rento lets you describe a rental you're after and notifies you when a matching listing appears, with a link to the original listing. Rento is in early access and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued.

No guarantees

• We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings — that data comes from third parties.
• We don't guarantee you'll be notified of every matching property, or that you'll secure any property.
• Alerts are informational only; always verify details on the original listing.

Acceptable use

• Use Rento for your own genuine rental search.
• Don't abuse, spam, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its data.
• Don't use Rento for any unlawful purpose.

Listing data & third parties

Listing data is powered by Domain and remains subject to Domain's rights and terms. Rento is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Domain Group or any listing provider. Messages are delivered via WhatsApp (Meta) and are subject to WhatsApp's terms; standard message/data rates from your carrier may apply.

Messaging

By messaging the bot you consent to receive alert messages related to your search. Text STOP at any time to pause them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rento is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including missed listings or properties you don't secure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
